PHIL GRAY TRAINING STABLES – STARTING, TRAINING, SHOWING, TUNING, SCHOOLS

Phil bought his first cutting horse and joined the NCHA in 1978 and has been training and showing cutting horses ever since. He is also a saddler with over 30 years’ experience.

He has lived on 100 acres at Moonbi just north of Tamworth, NSW since 1983. Phil is married to Lauren and they have two sons, Mitchell and Jackson. They all compete and find cutting to be the ideal family sport.

Phil is proud to be able to train horses that anyone can show. Although he would love to win the NCHA Futurity, he derives great satisfaction from seeing people enjoy showing their own horses.

RATES: $220 per week
LESSONS: $55 (no charge if horse in training)
